GTM and growth

Privately held company based in California, founded by Jake Shafran from JATO Global, enables manufacturers with their strategic product roadmap software offering. Active Kontrol Media client for 3 years.

Initially, worked directly with the CEO and CTO to build a GTM strategy and execution plan to enter the B2B SaaS market for large-scale manufacturers with this new offering. We developed the launch plan, branding, key messaging and created assets to be used by the sales team. Client released v3 of Gocious’ product roadmap management solution, for which we updated competitive analysis, messaging, created new assets to reflect the new software capabilities, and are now capitalizing on the full launch that occurred in April 2023.​
