Together, we orchestrated a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) plan, collaborating closely with the C-team to establish a B2B Enterprise presence in the US market, complementing their existing B2C operations.

Our primary focus during the initial market entry was the HR Benefits industry. Subsequently, the B2B business was officially launched in 2021, marking the commencement of a transformative journey. Over the course of this endeavor, we expanded Onerep's sales channels to include Fortune 5000 companies and State and Local Government agencies, diversifying and strengthening their market presence.

In addition to market expansion, we played a pivotal role in the establishment of a partnership program with Executive Protection and Cyber Security businesses. This initiative broadened Onerep's service offerings and enhanced their outreach capabilities.
